If we're doing that, though, does he turn out to be just another "phony"?
Also, I've never read Burroughs, but I'll put him on my list. Any specific recommendations?
RyguySitzmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11736024263670063703noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20516483.post-64226342934952778822009-02-12T10:44:00.000-07:002009-02-12T10:44:00.000-07:00Deuce!You brute, you!Ha ha,SitzmanDeuce!
You brute, you!
Ha ha,
SitzmanSitzmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11736024263670063703noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20516483.post-15459361172351001232009-02-11T21:20:00.000-07:002009-02-11T21:20:00.000-07:00I read that book a couple times, too. It's better the second time around.
I've been on a Burroughs kick lately. "Junky" has been my bathroom reading for about a month now. I'm going to re-read "Cities of the Red Night." I read it a few years ago and remember having no idea what it was really about. Ever read it?Joshhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10023190803495655084noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20516483.post-79373470193552987172009-02-11T17:13:00.000-07:002009-02-11T17:13:00.000-07:00Movies are better than books.Movies are better than books.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
